Hello and welcome to my personal page! My name is Danielle Laceste and I am a detail-oriented administrative assistant with a passion for organization, efficiency, and collaboration. In my role as an administrative assistant, I am committed to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, and contributing to the success of Expedia Cruises. Whether it's managing calendars, arranging meetings, drafting correspondence, or assisting with special projects, I take pride in my ability to streamline processes and support my colleagues in achieving their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, reading, and travel. Once, during a busy day in my previous work, our software systems suddenly stopped working right before an important deadline. Without hesitation, I stayed past my regular hours and with my team, managed to troubleshoot the issue just in time. It taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure and thinking creatively to solve problems. I believe in continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and expand my skill set. Thank you for visiting my page!
