As a seasoned business development executive with over two decades of diverse leadership experience across Real Estate, IT, and Business Operations. Most recently a Professional Luxury Real Estate Advisor with The Biltmore Group, Debbie has personally managed over $7 million in real estate transactions, handling every phase from client engagement to post-sale follow-through. In addition to her real estate acumen, Debbie has held executive roles including CEO, CFO, and VP of IT Development at The SOSI Group Inc., where she led operations, human resources, financial oversight, vendor relations, and IT infrastructure projects. Known for her integrity, adaptability, and strong project management skills, Debbie is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences to all she helps, making many long-term relationships along the way, while driving operational efficiency and growth. Outside of her professional work, Debbie is dedicated to community service. She serves as Vice President of Development for The Children’s Sunshine Foundation and is an active philanthropic member of The Morton Plant Mease Foundation, contributing to fundraising and outreach efforts.
