Erin’s passion for travel started at a young age when her family moved to the land down under for 1 year when she was just in elementary school. During this trip she was lucky enough to travel around Australia, both islands of New Zealand, Cook Islands along with Tahiti. Upon graduation from high school, she continued on this path and graduated from the Canadian Travel School and continued travelling, including tying the knot in Cuba. Erin has been in the industry selling travel for the last 13 years. . So I have something with which to compare my experiences. Right off the bat, I would have to say that my experience with experience with ExpediaCruise Ship centres and Erin was far better than others that I went through . In this area of the service/travel economy both timeliness and accuracy of information is very important- particularly if the prices advertised by the cruise line are varying day by day. In two different cruises booked a few years apart- I had booked through Erin. Both the first time and second one I found the information and help she provided as superb. Like any industry with customers - continued business is based on trust. Both cruises even a few years apart- I was able to immediate trust Erin and Expedia cruise ship centres and have a sense that the bookings and all matters related to cruise were in good hands. I have found both Erin and Expedia cruise ship centers very comfortable to work with . The competitors generally had trouble re-finding my customer information and were often in a hurry to get off the phone with regard to answering my questions- this was never the experience with Erin who was always timely and helpful and remember me as a customer.
