I spent almost 21 years serving in the active duty US Air Force where I was given the opportunity to start traveling the world. As a self-proclaimed professional nomad, I have been blessed to be able to travel to 58 countries (so far!) but still have a desire to experience even more. My personal travel has also included multiple cruises to the Caribbean, Mexico, Bermuda, Europe and Asia, both as family vacations and solo adventures. As a travel agent in Boise, there are so many corners of the world that I can help you discover, including amazing culture in Asia, exhilarating experiences in Central America, and hidden gems in Europe. Michelle is a very good listener, which makes for an excellent travel agent. She doesn't assume and yet she has a knack for filling in the blanks if there is necessary information needed to help you decide. I met with Michelle in person, spoke on the phone, and also emailed and texted with her. She had her hands full with me because I had a million questions and also wanted to see every single option within my parameters. I wanted to create a fun vacation for my family which included my 80-year-old mother, 2 kids in their early twenties, and my husband and me. I gave her my wishlist and she ran with it. And, I kept changing my mind. Michelle never made me feel like I was wasting her time or that my flip-flopping was a bother. She was great at helping me consider options to make for a smooth trip. My trip is now booked and we are working on adding the necessary details like a wheelchair rental, shuttle service, trip insurance, etc. She said she will track the trip when we go so that she will be able to anticipate any issues like delays or cancellations and will make herself available in case we need assistance while on our trip.
