First of all, I would like to sincerely thank our amazing travel agent, Sharri Scott, whom we have been working with for the past six years. During this time, she has helped us book six resort vacations, and every single trip has been absolutely wonderful — we have never had any issues. We just returned a few days ago from an absolutely amazing vacation in the Dominican Republic at the Majestic Colonial Resort, and once again, everything was perfectly organized. Sharri always goes above and beyond. She contacts the resort well in advance and follows up again a few weeks before our arrival to make sure everything is perfect. Since we usually travel to celebrate our anniversary, she always makes special requests for room decorations and truly pays attention to our preferences. She knows how much we love staying close to the beach, and she has arranged this for us multiple times. This trip was extra special — it was our third time at the same resort, and we were given the closest room to the beach, with a breathtaking balcony view. Watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was absolutely magical. Sharri is always quick to respond to any questions, incredibly professional, and truly takes a personal, individual approach with each client. She is simply the best. I recommend her to all my friends — and will continue to do so without hesitation.
