We recently used Sandra as our travel/vacation consultant for our summer vacation which had multiple and varied itineraries - Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Los Cabos, Mexico. Sandra was extremely responsive and provided multiple options for flights and hotels/resorts, for our consideration. She respected our input and wishes and was totally focused on ensuring that we were satisfied with our planning decisions. She provided informed advice on our destinations given her personal travel experience to the same places. Her tips were invaluable throughout our trip. Sandra even sent a message to the resort in Los Cabos advising that we were celebrating an anniversary, requesting a beautiful ocean view room on our behalf. Upon our arrival, the resort staff acknowledged same and informed us that we had been assigned an oceanfront room with a spectacular view. All aspects of the resort- the room, the view, the amenities and the food were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, with credit to Sandra for her patience, knowledge and very sound travel advice. We will definitely consult with Sandra for our future vacation planning.
