I wanted to thank you again for facilitating arrangements to get my husband and I on last week's Alaska cruise at the last minute!! We had an absolutely fabulous time, it seems everything just came together from the perfect weather to ending up in the room right next to our friends by total coincidence!! The ship was just superlative in every way. The crew were always so friendly and cheerful, the cleanliness was impeccable, the food was excellent, the entertainment was super and the views were incomparable! It was our first cruise and it definitely exceeded our expectations! We will certainly be cruising again soon. Thank you also for the $50 beverage cards that were waiting in our room on our arrival, that was certainly a nice way to warm us up. Thank you for all your help and attentiveness in the last minute organization details. I appreciated the emails you sent to clarify information. Your service certainly went over and above the standard in answering all my questions and ensuring that we were familiar with the embarking protocol. In fact, you were so personable and friendly in helping us make arrangements that I felt our phone conversations to be very enjoyable! We had a wonderful week. Thanks again for your part in it.
