Hi there! I’m Jamie, your local Vacation Consultant with Expedia Cruises. My passion for travel started on my high school senior trip with a guided tour of Belize—where I fell in love with the sights, the culture, and especially the food. I still daydream about the amazing stew chicken and curry I tried there!

Since then, I’ve made it a goal to explore the world one adventure at a time, and cruising quickly became my favorite way to do it. My very first cruise was to breathtaking Alaska aboard Quantum of the Seas, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m currently working my way through the Royal Caribbean fleet—so far, I’ve sailed on 11 ships, including all of the Freedom Class and most of the Oasis Class (yes, even the brand-new Utopia of the Seas!).

While I’ll admit I’m usually more of an “indoor person,” travel has opened my eyes to the joy of new experiences—like hiking through lush nature trails, trying local cuisines, and discovering hidden gems in every destination. My biggest trip so far has been to Japan, and I loved it so much that I joke about being homesick for a place I’ve only visited once. I’m already starting plans to go back!
