I’ve called Austin home for over 35 years, but my real passion has always been traveling and discovering new and unusual places. As a scuba instructor, I’ve spent years exploring the Caribbean on both dive trips and cruises, getting to know the region from above and below the water. Grenada is my favorite island—it’s hard to beat the mix of incredible diving, culture, and laid-back vibe.

I’m especially drawn to sailing cruises, where the journey itself is part of the adventure. Whether it’s a small ship or a unique itinerary, I love experiences that feel a little different from the typical trip.

Before getting into travel, I worked in tech doing software and systems testing, which taught me to pay attention to the details and make sure everything runs smoothly.
