I just wanted to give a big thank you to our travel agent Shannon Paul . I am writing this completely unprompted and did not previously know her . I reached out to Shannon from a business card I had expressing how I wanted to book a trip for myself and family . She was very patient and not pushy in anyway . We had a handful of must haves and deal breakers and she was able to navigate around them and find us a resort ( SENS CANCUN ) . We booked the trip and she was very thorough during the process . Unfortunately sunwing cancelled our flight 12 hours before departure which was suppose to happen on Thursday February 20. I called Shannon and she stayed up until 11 at night working with us to try and get something the next day as our daughter was devastated. We called it a night but then we were back on the phone early the next morning trying to find something . We did end up re booking for this coming Wednesday 26 th at the sens cancun again , we are very excited !!! Shannon then noticed that sunwing overcharged us and spent 3 hours on holding getting a reimbursement for us , as well as our seat reimbursement from the previous flight . She also filled out the paperwork online to change the date on our environmental taxes that were already paid .
