T and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you did for us. From start to finish you were always there. I threw a lot your way including price drops, Covid positive, room changes and tons of questions along the way and you were never to busy to assist us in any way you could. I really felt like you cared for us having never met us when we booked with you rather than another name on a paper. You were always checking in, always making sure we had everything in order to have a stress free trip! You really did make booking our trip a breeze during Covid and I cannot thank you enough. With all the stress going around we just needed to get away and enjoy ourselves and that’s exactly what we did! Although we were positive on our trip, I’m happy it was in Jamaica and at Sandals! Can’t ask for much more than room service, alcohol and heat while in quarantine! It means a lot that you stuck with us the whole trip until we were home safe, so for that we thank you!
